COVID 19 Related Procedures and Management 

Procedures to Enter into the Enter the Stage Venue 2021

You MUST BE AWARE that the venue operates in compliance with several safety and hygiene measures in relation to COVID-19. These measures are in place to ensure the venue complies with all mandated measures applicable to the venue and to ensure the health and safety of its patrons and staff. These measures include the venues internal policies and procedures, health department mandated standards and Western Australian State Government requirements and directives. Importantly, all venue staff have undergone training in relation to hygiene and safety procedures.

All competitors,crew , volunteers  and contractors must obey the following:

  1. Practise good hygiene by washing and sanitising their hands regularly and in particular before entering the venue

  2. Maintain a distance of 1.5m between venue staff and patrons;

  3. Ensure their work areas are kept clean and sanitised. The venue  will supply alcohol wipes and cleaning products;

  4.  Competitors and audience members will adhere to reasonable directions from venue  staff and Enter the stage staff and volunteers with respect to matters relating to health and safety;

  5. Only access areas that they are permitted to access for the purposes of the Event. Permitted areas will be briefed to Staff during their induction;

  6. Immediately report symptoms such as a dry cough, sore throat or fever to a Enter the Stage staff member or their PA company director or teacher in attendance.

  7. Not attend the Enter the Stage competition or enter any part of the venue if they are unwell or have symptoms such as a dry cough, sore throat or fever and seek medical advice before attending the event ;

  8. Must download the COVID Safe App onto their personal mobile device before attending the Enter the Stage competition;  and

    Keeping our community safe is all of our responsibility and we all have a part to play. We therefore remind competitors, audience members and contractors that if they are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, even if mild, to refrain from visiting us until they are fully recovered.
