ETS is held at the wonderful state of the art Newman College auditorium in Churchlands. Enter the stage is now in its 5th successful year and has become the "must do" Performing Arts competition in Western Australia. In 2020 we see the addition of the Enter the Stage Troupe Championships which is offered to all ages, genres, and abilities of the Performing Arts. This brings schools groups, studios and crews together for one big competition. The competition prides itself with providing three industry specialist adjudicators for every session! The event is a professionally organised and inclusive event that achieves a positive outcome for all of those performing in it.

At the event there are services such as food, coffee and beverages, and a fully serviced teachers chill room. Our awards , prizes and scholarships are some of the best in the country including generous cash prizes.


A chance for all performing arts schools to come together and showcase their concert and new years work. Both small and large troupes in a variety of categories including the loved production, kick up your heels and ability groups.

Dancer and choreographer Scott Ewen has performed the work of renowned Australian and international choreographers, including Garry Stewart, Natalie Weir, Stephanie Lake, Shaun Parker, Gabrielle Nankivell, Dominic Wong, Israel Aloni, Odelya Kuperberg, Leda Muhana, Jin-Wen Yu, Sue Peacock, Chrissie Parrott, Larissa McGowan, Daniel Jaber, Marnie Palomares, Tobiah Booth-Remmers and Jake McLarnon.
He trained at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts and graduated as the recipient of the Hawaiian Award for the most outstanding graduate. Ewen joined Australian Dance Theatre in 2010 where he performed extensively with the company locally, nationally and internationally for over 5 years. He has also been a company dancer with Expressions Dance Company and a guest artist with ilDance (Sweden), Buzz Dance Theatre and Tasdance.

As a choreographer, Ewen has created work for New Zealand Dance Company (New Zealand), World Dance Alliance Global Festival – Seoul (South Korea), University of
Wisconsin (USA), Norges Dansehøyskole (Norway), Tso’s Dance Association and the International Young Choreographers Project (Taiwan), Biennale des Danse Festival (Seychelles), Strut Dance WA, LINK Dance Company, Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, Adelaide College of the Arts, Queensland University of Technology and Australian Dance Theatre Youth Ensemble.


Scott Ewen

Natasha grew up singing and dancing from a very young age in Perth. Since moving to Melbourne, Natasha studied Performing Arts full time and then went on to complete her Diploma in Musical Theatre at Patrick Studios Australia. 


Natasha has performed nationally and abroad with companies such as Disney, Universal Studios Japan, Marilla Productions and X-Systems. TV credits include, Dancing with the stars, HEY, HEY it’s Saturday! and Australia’s Got Talent. 


Making her musical theatre debut with The Production Company’s The King and I. Natasha then joined the cast of The Boy From Oz, Singin’ in the Rain, Smile Live Entertainment’s production of Thomas and the Hidden Treasure, GFO/Opera Australia’s production of Anything Goes and was most recently the dance captain for GFO’s world premier of Dream Lover, The Bobby Darin Musical. 


Natasha Paramor

Deby’s career spans over 35 years in many aspects of the entertainment business - Performing, teaching, choreographing & directing in: stage, television, cabaret & musical theatre in venues all over the world - Spain, Japan, United Kingdom, Monte Carlo & the USA.

Career highlights were performing as a ‘Rockette’ in the world famous Radio City Christmas Spectacular and a National US tour with ‘Chicago, the Musical’.

Living in the USA for over 15 years, Deby was resident Rehearsal Director & Choreographer with Royal Caribbean International for 11 years, directing more than 22 shows.

Deby is the creator of ‘KRAVE perth dance agency’ connecting Perth talent to the global stage - representing dancers, singer/dancers, divers and gymnasts. Her artists are currently performing with Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Disney Cruise Lines and “Infamous” Australia.



Chris's eclectic career started at WAAPA as a musical theatre graduate in 2002.


Since then Chris has worked nationally and internationally in a variety of capacities from Musicals (Mamma Mia, Little Star Services UK-USA), and certified Be Moved Instructor (2017) .


Chris is an expert in all things Cruise Ships. He has a wide ranging career as a performer, Dance Captain, Director and Creative Director for the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and Disney Cruise Lines. With dozens and dozens of cruise lines shows under his belt his most recent is Creative Director in California Disney Lines "Destination Europa"
